I make lots of cupcakes but I think these are the prettiest ones I've made so far. The frosting got the best shade of aqua and I think I mastered 'the swirl' technique. I've been using my frosting bags and the frosting has to be right out of the refrigerator (nice and cold!) The cupcakes themselves are banana with cream cheese frosting and little butterfly sprinkles. They will be coming to work with me on Wednesday for a 'Potluck Going Away Party' we are throwing for one my managers. I tested one and they are delicious!
